Welcome! I’m easy to connect with, warm, and actively engaged. My aim is to help you tap into your inner wisdom and live from a self-accepting, empowered and authentic place within you.
I bring my full self as a therapist into our relationship: transparent, present, and even playful. I use my sensitivity and presence to help you discover how you’re wired to repeat old sabotaging habits—and then help change them at their root.
I would like this therapy to lay the groundwork for you to feel in charge of your life and so you feel good being you.
In working together, clients say they feel more resilience and connection to their true more confidant self (vs. how their uncomfortable habits stunted growth, left them feeling out of control and not good about themselves.) They were fed up with trying to be perfect, “people pleasing” or making themselves “small.”
When finished working together, If you can say you feel more self-accepting, more in control of sabotaging habits, and you are on your way to reaching your goals, then we’ve done great work together.
Therapy saved my life at its lowest points, like when I went through a rough divorce from a bad marriage in my early 30s. I know first-hand you usually don’t go looking for a therapist unless you’re feeling pretty desperate or awful.
If this sounds like what you’re going through, I’d be happy to talk with you. I have years and years of experience to try and help you get back to feeling like yourself again, or even become who you’ve yearned to be. Either way, I’d love to help you get there.
I don’t think therapy should be all sadness and pain. My clients and I get through the hard stuff, and have some fun along the way. We also take a deep dive into increasing your strengths. I’m a playful creative person. I love live music, hiking, and adventures, and love finding humor even in the tough spots.
