Welcome. Many of my clients have previously tried talk therapy when anxiety reared up or some event tanked their self-worth. They struggled through ill-fitting relationships, rough upbringings, or boundary-crashing colleagues and friends.

While it’s common to talk through issues and has its place in my practice, many clients sought my help for deeper change. Understanding why they felt so lousy or got so tripped up wasn’t enough. Insights alone didn't help when they got emotionally triggered, their harsh inner critic took over, or, yet again, they engaged in self-sabotage. They didn't know they were up against their embedded biology.

These clients craved a deeper, below-the-iceberg kind of change. For many, working together proved transformative, especially with mindfulness-based mind-body approaches.

These approaches effectively reduced, or eliminated triggers, along with self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. It gave my clients more emotional freedom, inner trust and clarity for a better life.
